Smoked Ribs Prep

I prep my ribs the same way pretty much the same way every time.

Mainly I put a dry rub on my ribs then wrap it in aluminum foil for 8-12 hrs in the fridge. Then taking the ribs out of the fridge and let it rest on the counter still wrapped while my smoker heats up. I set the smoker to 225 degrees. Once the smoker is up to temp I put them ribs on the smoker backside down at first. I let them set in the smoker for about 2-3 hrs, then flip them over for about 1 hr. Once I have them done I will take them out and put them into aluminum foil and put them back in the smoker for another hr. Once you take it out of the smoker you want to let it rest in the foil for about 30-45 mins. This will let them reabsorb their own juices.
