This is a new twist to a great bbq or picnic dish, coleslaw. This is also Keto friendly so if you are trying to eat healthy this is a good recipe. It is very tangy and very good on top of pulled pork or as a side dish.
This is a very simple and yet delicious option to the traditional coleslaw without all of the sugar. This tastes great as a side and for those of you Carolina bbq fans this is a great topper for that pulled pork sandwich. You can substitute greek yogurt for the mayo if you want or you can use any other alternative that you use in place of mayo. You can also add a little lemon juice to this to add a little bit more bitterness to it if you wish, but I would do much more than a tsp or less.
