Smoked Cornish Game Hen

Smoked Cornish Game Hen

This is a very aromatic and flavorful poultry recipe. It would be used on your chicken, turkey or even wild game such as duck pheasant, etc. It does have a little heat with the cayenne pepper and black pepper so if you want to lessen the amount of heat you can put in a little less of those. But these flavors work really well together. I used just 2 Cornish Game Hens that I got from my local store. After it was done this was full of flavor and moist. It was really enjoyable to eat. It has been a favorite of mine and the friends I have served it to.
