This is a version of a bulletproof coffee that I drink just about every morning. It is a nice smooth, whipped coffee drink that gives me all of the nutrients that I need to last until I eat around 1pm.
- 6 oz Fresh Coffee
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 tbs Almond Butter or favorite peanut butter substitute
- 1 tbs Coconut Oil or MTC oil
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt optional
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder Cocao Nibs
- 2 tbs Vanilla Whey Protein Powder or Collagen Powder
Brew a fresh cup of your choice of coffee
Put all ingredients, except protein powder in blender and run for about 30 secs or until smooth.
Add protein powder and blend on low until it is completely smooth and mixed with no lumps.
