Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbs Flaxseed and/or Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt preferred sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar or 1/2 tsp of lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

Crust

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a large bowl mix all ingredients until there is no clumps (or mix in food processor) except for mozzarella cheese..
  • Coconut crust dough
  • Fold in mozzarella cheese
  • Spread onto greased baking sheet or lined sheet with non-stick silicon mat
  • pre-cooked crust
  • Put in oven for 20-25 mins or until it is brown to your liking
  • Take out of oven let sit for about 5 mins.

Notes

You can now either slice it up for bread sticks or put your favorite pizza toppings on it and put it back in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 mins.
