Cheesy Broccoli

This is keto friendly cheesy broccoli is delicious and very rich in flavor.

Cheese sauce

  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Chopped Broccoli

  • 1 lb Fresh Broccoli or frozen broccoli


Cheese Sauce

  • Soften cream cheese in medium sauce pan over medium/low heat.
  • Once cream cheese is soft add heavy whipping cream and cheddar cheese
  • Melt all ingredients, stirring occasionally until smooth
  • Add broccoli and reduce heat to low and let it simmer for a few mins, stirring until broccoli is cooked through.
