- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 lb Fresh Broccoli or frozen broccoli
Soften cream cheese in medium sauce pan over medium/low heat.
Once cream cheese is soft add heavy whipping cream and cheddar cheese
Melt all ingredients, stirring occasionally until smooth
Add broccoli and reduce heat to low and let it simmer for a few mins, stirring until broccoli is cooked through.
